Carol has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to commercial real estate, Carol worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for over five years with Shorett & Riley Commercial Appraisal in San Jose, California and Seattle Washington, as well as Zeller Appraisal in Santa Cruz, California. Prior work includes statewide research for the Health and Welfare Agency, and national and international aviation sales for the Hibbard Aviation in Oakland, California. Carol’s background provides her with extensive knowledge of the valuation process, and a broad understanding of the industry. She is committed to providing professional service to all of her clients.
